1. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

1. A consumer who has concluded a distance contract (purchase in the online store www.esenzia.pl) has the right to withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a statement of withdrawal from the contract must be sent to the Seller:
   • by post to the address: ESENZIA LAB Sp. z o.o., Malawa 11C 36-007 Krasne,
   • by email: contact@esenzia.pl.

2. Product Return Guidelines

1. The consumer must return the product within 14 days from the date of submitting the statement of withdrawal.
2. Returns must be sent to the address: ESENZIA LAB Sp. z o.o., Malawa 11C 36-007 Krasne.
3. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods (e.g., shipping cost).
4. The product should be returned in an unchanged condition, in its original packaging, to the extent necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to goods:

• delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., perfumes, cosmetics after opening),
• that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or serve to satisfy their individualized needs.

4. Refund of Payments

1. The Seller will refund the Consumer all received payments, including delivery costs (up to the amount of the cheapest available delivery option offered in the store), within 14 days from the date of receiving the statement of withdrawal.
2. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Consumer used, unless they explicitly agree to a different method.
3. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of their dispatch is provided – whichever event occurs first.

5. Complaints

1. Regardless of the right of withdrawal, the Consumer is entitled to rights under the warranty for defects in goods in accordance with the Civil Code.
2. Detailed information regarding complaints can be found in the Store Regulations.
