DIFFUSER CLEANING:
To ensure the device works flawlessly and the fragrance remains clean and distinct, it is worth regularly cleaning the diffuser with a special cleaning preparation available in our store: esenzia.cleaner. We recommend performing such cleaning every 1–2 months or with every fragrance change.
Simple way to refresh the device:
1. Unscrew the nozzle from the fragrance refill.
2. Insert our dedicated esenzia.cleaner refill into the device, screw on the nozzle.
3. Run the device at the highest intensity level for about 15 minutes. Regular cleaning prevents residue buildup and maintains the highest quality of device operation. We especially recommend performing this process with every fragrance change or at least once per quarter.
